When Will My Order Arrive Outside London?
Order by 3pm Monday to Thursday and your roses arrive the next day anywhere on the UK mainland.

Deliveries outside London are made by our delivery partner, DHL. Pre-orders outside London arrive one day after the date you choose, to allow for courier lead times.
How Do Delivery Cut-off Times Work?
All cut-off times are UK time, and an order placed exactly on the cut-off still qualifies.
- An order placed at 5:00pm qualifies for same-day London delivery. One placed a second later moves to the next available delivery.
- Delivery options depend on the delivery postcode, not the billing postcode.
- Delivery prices are charged per delivery.

Where Do You Deliver From?
London orders are delivered by our own team from our shops in Marylebone, Hampstead Garden Suburb and Harrow Road. Orders outside London are delivered across the UK mainland by DHL.
